Loxley NDP Meetings

The next meetings are scheduled for 7pm at Loxley School on the 10th April 2018 and 1st May (provisional). These are open meetings of the working group leading the Plan on behalf of the Parish Council. All Loxley residents are welcome to attend and participate.

New clerk appointed

After a tireless scouring of the Shires we are pleased to be able to announce that we have appointed a new Clerk – welcome Samantha Thomas, we look forward to seeing you are our next Parish Council meeting.

Casual vacancy – Parish Clerk

We are still looking to appoint a Parish Clerk (salary £2k pa) to provide 4-5 hours per week of basic administrative support plus management of the Council’s finances. If you are interested and would like to discuss further, please contact Glynn Jones at loxleyparishchair@gmail.com

Loxley Church Concert

The next concert will be at St Nicholas on Sunday 25th June (3-4pm) and will be given by Opera Warwick.  Admission free with collection in aid of the Church Fabric Fund. We look forward to seeing you there.

Community walk

You are welcome to join us on a 1.5-2 hour community walk (organised by the Loxley Environment Group), on Saturday 29th April. If you are interested, join us on the Village Green at 11am – see you there !

Parish Councillor Election

Congratulations to our newly elected Councillor Dan Bake who was duly elected with 72 votes (Darryl Armstrong polling 50 votes), with a very high turnout (40.53%). Thank you to everyone that turned out to vote and making this such an engaging election; and welcome to Dan.
